Body Oriented Psychotherapy:
A safe, supportive space to explore your issues, including prenatal and
birth imprinting. Six sessions minimum.
Birth Preparation Sessions:
Support for mothers/couples to prepare consciously for labour.
Postnatal Support for Mothers/Babies:
Time to process the birth experience and settle into relationship with
the gentle support of craniosacral therapy.
Parent-Child Therapy:
Time to play together and resolve relationship issues.
Group Work:
Introduction to Birth Work: Experiential Sessions
Small groups for individuals or couples to learn more about the prenatal period and the birth process, both theoretically and experientially. This is suitable for those preparing for conception or birth, for doulas, midwives, therapists or anyone wanting to learn more about their own early experience.

Introduction to Birth Work: Theory
One day workshop exploring the early stages of attachment from
conception onwards and the impact of stress or trauma on a baby.
Suitable for all.
Dates: March 3rd 2012 (Dorset); March 24th (Stroud, Glos)
Holistic Birth Preparation for Couples:
1 day or on-going 6 week evening groups for couples preparing for conception or birth, covering the following topics:
Creating safety for you and your baby
Healthy bonding with your baby and family
Working with fear and relaxation techniques
Stages of labour and active birth
Time and support for your relationship
Birth as a sacred rite of passage
Journey into Motherhood:
On-going support group for women around pregnancy/birth, with sharing, creative expression and ceremony. Monthly Tuesday
evening, 7.30pm, in central Stroud.
